The
National Code for Health Research
Ethics stipulates that members of ethics committees and biomedical
researchers should undergo regular training in Health Research Ethics
(See sections C.a.3, C.b.2 and K.f.9) In order for the NHREC to approve
a training programme, the director of the programme must complete the
form below and obtain a course training number from NHREC. This number
should be displayed prominently on the certificates of completion or
graduation distributed to participants at the end of the programme.
